Msonic Ultrasonic Tubular Transducer (New Technology in Ultrasonic Cleaning)

An Ultrasonic Tubular Transducer is a component of an ultrasonic cleaning system that converts high-frequency electrical signals from an ultrasonic generator into mechanical vibrations that create ultrasonic waves in a cleaning solution. It is made up of a cylindrical piezoelectric crystal or ceramic that is encapsulated in a metal housing, which is usually made of stainless steel. The cavitation wave generated from this tubular transducer is 360 dgreee or omi-circle comparing to the conventional ultrasonic immersion box  type. 
With the 360 Degree wave cavitation generation, this ultrasonic waves will be able to penetrate blind holes, complex geometry surface of the parts & most important it does not required the part to be orientated for difficult surface cleaning.
